Sunbath meditation for Calmness and Clarity

Medicine for when life feels confusing and overwhelming, you need to make a difficult decision, or you need to calm the mind and body.

Sit in the sun mid-morning (10 - 11 am)

Soak in the sun (yes, SOAK)

Soak. Absorption. Release. Surrender.

Feel the sun pour and flow into your skin and fill your body.

Breathe deeply into the chest.

Roll the shoulders down and back. Lift up your chin.

Let go now of any tension

Exhale out of the mouth-- with strength

Do not stop until you know when to stop.
