Refunds & Returns
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products/services are not eligible for return or refund: all coaching services, yoga/meditation/breathwork classes, workshops, or retreats. If you would like to dispute your payment you may contact the owner at email@example.com.
For scheduled appointments and booking, you have up to 3 days prior your appointment to reschedule. After this deadline, you are responsible to participate in your scheduled booking without reschedule. No refunds. For concerns, complaints, and disputes, contact the owner.
For in person speaking events, workshops, private sessions, and retreats, you have up to 7 days before your booking date to reschedule at no cost. After this deadline, you are responsible to attend your bookings. No refunds for cancellations. Retreats will take place rain or shine, unless dangerous weather is imminent or occurs (temperatures below 32 degrees or above 110 degrees, severe storm warnings/adviseries), and in only this case, the client would receive a refund if they choose not to reschedule.
